Managing Your Subscription
AlertCamp subscriptions are managed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). To cancel, change, or review your subscription:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AlertCamp
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → AlertCamp
For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly as they handle all payments.
Account Deletion
To request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data (alerts, preferences, notification history), email us at support@alert.camp. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first through the App Store or Play Store.
